Compare the full monthly quote
Warehouse storage costs depend on the space and duration you need. A combined 3PL quote also needs to cover your packing and delivery requirements. Start with the same goods, stock quantity, storage duration, orders and delivery destinations for both providers.
Ask each provider for monthly amounts that account for its quoted volumes, scope and any minimum charges. Use those amounts below. If you are still preparing your requirements, use the 3PL quotation brief builder first.

Enter monthly amounts in SGD. Leave unknown costs blank; enter 0 only when no separate charge is confirmed. Include any minimum-charge adjustment in the relevant monthly amount. Nothing is sent from this comparison tool.

Calculation method
Keep the quantities and scope consistent
Monthly charges = storage + handling or pick and pack + delivery + other monthly charges. Calculate this only when all four amounts, the tax basis and the scope/minimums have been confirmed.
For a bundled monthly quote, put the bundle in Other monthly charges. Enter 0 for included components only after the provider confirms there is no separate charge. Avoid adding the bundle and its included charges twice.
If a provider quotes a unit rate, ask for the monthly total at your expected usage. A price per pallet, area or cubic metre cannot be compared directly with a whole-unit storage bill. For a per-order handling quote, use the same monthly orders and items per order when requesting both totals.
One full month plus setup = monthly charges + the one-off setup charge. The tool shows the deposit separately. It does not count an unknown setup charge or deposit as zero, assume the deposit is refundable or calculate a final invoice.
Compare amounts both before GST or both including GST. The tool does not convert tax bases. Its monthly difference excludes setup charges, deposits and unpriced items; it is a comparison of the entered monthly charges, rather than a provider recommendation.

Minimums and exclusions
Check monthly minimums, minimum order volumes, one-off charges and excluded items. Ask which fees count towards a minimum.
Terms and suitability
Confirm deposit refunds, payment timing, contract length and notice. Discuss special handling, reporting and integrations before relying on them.
